Intelliboard
A Kanban board where AI suggests priority and subtasks, with per-task Pomodoro and real focus metrics.
the problem
Task boards turn into lists that only grow: no priority, focus time living outside the board, and nobody noticing what is stuck.
my role
Solo project: interface design (no component library) and development.
highlights
- As the title is typed, the AI (Groq) suggests priority, category, description and subtasks, and the app records whether the suggestion was accepted or edited.
- Per-task Pomodoro running in a Web Worker: the timer is not throttled when the tab is minimised, and it ends with a notification and a sound.
- A dashboard built on real data: completion rate, accumulated focus, day streak, overload, tasks stalled for over 7 days, and a weekly insight the AI writes from those metrics.
- Angular 21 with standalone components and Signals, drag and drop (Angular CDK) with persisted order, and Supabase with RLS.
